DeLaSalle basketball standout Reid Travis will attend college at Stanford University.

"They were one of the earliest schools to take interest in my future," Travis said of the decision to head to the Palo Alto, California college.  "This was a well-thought out decision and I'm comfortable with making it."

Duke and Minnesota were the other schools on Travis' final list of choices.

"This was arguably the toughest decision I've ever made in my life," Travis said before making his declaration.  "The decision is based on what's best for my future."

Travis has led DeLaSalle to back-to-back Minnesota State Championships, and will shoot for a three-peat this winter.

He scored 17 points and had 12 rebounds in the 2013 Class AAA State Championship game, which capped off a 30-1 season for the Islanders.

Apple Valley senior Tyus Jones has hinted on Twitter his decision may come as soon as next week. He is reported to have Baylor, Kansas, Duke and Minnesota on his final list.

Rashad Vaughn, the third member of the Class of '14 "Big Three", will play prep basketball at a school in the Las Vegas area after departing Robbinsdale Cooper.
