The University of Minnesota recently received a grant to study hormone-free birth control.

U of M researchers will use a new $8.3 million grant from the National Institutes of Health to investigate pharmaceutical alternatives to hormone-based birth control.

The goal is to develop a new non-hormonal male and female birth control drug.
