Roseville homeowners who need help replacing a leaky sewer service can now apply for a grant.
The city joined the Met Council Grant Program, which will reimburse up to $2,000 of sewer replacement and rehabilitation costs.
The money comes from the Clean Water Fund, which was established to help property owners make improvements to reduce clear water from flowing into the sanitary sewer system. The city says the water can cause sewage backups and increase utility bills.
To find out more about the grant and eligibility criteria, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 651-792-7048. Improvements made after July 1 of this year will be considered.
