A woman living in Florida has been charged with four tax felonies stemming from her time as a resident of Rosemount, according to the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
Pamela Kay Anderson, 43, is charged with four counts of filing fraudulent tax returns, according to the Department of Revenue.
The criminal complaint alleges Anderson willingly claimed the state withheld more from her paycheck on her 2009-2012 tax returns than was actually the case.
According to the Department of Revenue, Anderson received $9,000 as a result of the inaccuracies.
The four separate charges each carry a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine.
