Target says it won't take a Christmas break so it can keep answering customer concerns about its massive data breach. It's estimated to have impacted 40 million debit and credit cards.
On Twitter, the retailer said it is adding team members to staff call centers every day. It's also taking calls around the clock, including Christmas Day.
"We continue to listen, especially to tweets about call center wait times. We will not be satisfied until all guest needs are met.
We are adding team members to call centers every day & are taking calls 24/7, including Christmas Day. (2 of 2)— Target (@Target) December 24, 2013
Target is also putting up all official communications it sends out on its website so customers can make sure they aren't giving their information out to crooks.
Target stores will remain closed Christmas Day.
