Single-game tickets for the 16 home Minnesota Twins spring training games at Lee County Sports Complex in Fort Myers, Fla., go on sale at 8 a.m. on Jan. 11.
Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-33-Twins, online or at the Hammond Stadium or Target Field box office.
Starting Jan. 11, the Hammond Stadium box office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. (EST) Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (EST) on Saturday and Sunday. On the first day of ticket sales and on home games, the box office will have extended hours from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Twins’ 2013 Grapefruit League schedule features 15 road games in addition to the home matchups and 31 games total. Minnesota will open its spring training season on the road against the World Champion Boston Red Sox. On March 1, the Twins will host the Red Sox at Hammond Stadium in their first home game.
Other highlights of the Twins spring training schedule include matchups with the National League Champion St. Louis Cardinals, National League Wild Card Pittsburgh Pirates American League Wild Card Tampa Bay Rays, and New York Yankees.
Twins fans will cheer on their team this spring from a newly upgraded Hammond Stadium. It’s been outfitted with a new 360-degree boardwalk and outfield concourse, new berm seating in left field and expanded seating capacity.
