St. Paul found a private company to manage two of its golf courses.
The city said it decided to drop both Como and Phalen Golf Courses because they lose money. In November the city council voted 4-3 to start accepting bids.
A parks commission meeting was held Wednesday night, where the city discussed its agreement with Prom Management Group.
Those in attendance seemed to line up against the idea
The city council still needs to approve the deal.
