High school football across the state may take on a new look in a few seasons.
The Minnesota State High School league will vote Thursday on how schools schedule their games in 2015.
The league is considering district football scheduling, which would mean some new matchups on Friday nights.
It would place schools in districts based on enrollment and geography.
A placement committee with representatives from all areas of the state would place schools into scheduling groups.
Districts would be realigned every two years to make adjustments for enrollment changes.
