Oscar nominees will get to experience a taste of Minnesota when they go to the Academy Awards next month.

This is because their swag bags, which are notoriously filled with thousands of dollars in lavish goodies, will feature AVIV 613 Vodka.

The spirit is created and distributed by Tzaft Spirits of Israel. The corporation is based in Minneapolis.

A bottle retails for around $35 to $40, but the nominees and Host Ellen DeGeneres will get it for free in their swag bags this year. The cost of the all the items in the bags this year is around $55,000 dollars.

You can watch the Academy Awards on Sunday, March 2, on 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS.
