For the second time in just two weeks, Vice President Joe Biden will be in Minneapolis.

He was recently in Minneapolis for Joan Mondale's memorial service on Feb. 8, and on Wednesday he will be in the North Loop neighborhood for a private fundraiser.

The fundraiser is not open to the public or media.

Road closures and traffic delays are expected in the North Loop neighborhood. The fundraiser will be held at the Bachelor Farmer restaurant and starts around 5 p.m.

The restaurant is owned by the sons of Gov. Mark Dayton; it also hosted a lunch for President Obama in 2012.
