Students Invited to Town Hall Meeting about U of M Crime

Students at the University of Minnesota are invited to attend a town hall meeting this week focusing on crime and safety.

The meeting is hosted by President Eric Kaler, Vice President Pam Wheelock, Minnesota Students Association President Mike Schmit and Vice Provost for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Danita Brown Young.

They will be offering data about crime on campus and what the university is doing to improve safety. Students are encouraged to share their ideas, either in person at the meeting or online during the event.

The meeting takes place from 5-6 p.m. Wednesday in 130 Murphy Hall.
