After a rocky rollout of the state's health exchange, fixing software glitches and hiring more staffers helped boost the number of people signing up for coverage through MNsure.
The health insurance exchange says enrollment has jumped 54 percent since Dec. 31. More than 128,000 Minnesotans have now successfully signed up for coverage.
Call wait times are now down from an average of 60 minutes to just three minutes.
Fifty more call center workers started at MNsure Wednesday, bringing the total to nearly 170.
