Washington County residents can weigh in on a plan to improve County Road 5 in Stillwater during an upcoming open house.
The meeting will focus on the existing problems with the road and what specifically needs to be addressed before solutions can be designed.
According to county officials, the 2.5-mile corridor doesn’t have adequate pedestrian and bicycle routes and connections. Community members can weigh in on how those connections and safety measures could be improved.
The meeting takes place from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, March 11, at the Stillwater Public Library. Another open house will be offered in May once designs are ready.
