As the weather warms, so do home sales, but before buying your dream home, you'll want to make sure you have a proper inspection.
Angie's List recommends buyers attend and participate in the home inspection. That way, they can learn all about the home they're purchasing.
After the inspection goes well, it's then important to do a final walk-through. A walk-through doesn't take too much time, and it allows a buyer to make sure everything they asked for in the contract is completed and the home's condition has not changed.
A walk-through generally takes about 30 minutes.
