I am a huge “Call of Duty” fan, and I really enjoyed “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” a lot.  One of the modes that you can play is called “TranZit” where you have to survive a zombie outbreak.  I really liked this mode a lot and thought it was a lot of fun.

This past weekend I received some “Call of Duty” collector construction sets from MEGA BLOKS.  The two sets are zombie-themed and are so awesome.   I can’t express enough how fun and exciting they are to put together.

The first set I constructed was the “Zombie Horde.”  This set comes with six very detailed and nicely-painted zombie figures.  You can pull apart their legs, arms, and heads, and they go back together very nicely.

There is a base that the zombies can stand on, and you can construct a scene that features a power line pole that can move up and down and has some stings that you can place on top of it to make it look like there are broken power lines.  There are also a couple of fences that you can easily build.  The set comes with a tire, shovel and pick ax that are pretty cool and really add to the scene.

I thought that it was very easy to construct the “Zombie Horde” set.  The instructions were very easy to follow.

The second set that I put together was the “Zombies TranZit Farm,” and it is one of the coolest construction sets I have ever seen.

It took awhile to build, not because it was hard, it just was so big and had 415 pieces.  There were many steps, but once again, everything was explained and diagramed very nicely.

The “Zombie TranZit Farm” comes with four zombies that are very well-painted and detailed.

You construct a barn that has been ripped apart by the zombies.  It has a working elevator that can be lowered and raised with a string.  There is a wind generator that actually spins and a bunch of cool-looking props that include barrels, a gas can, sand bags, shovel, pickax and a rack to hold them.

I really liked how detailed the barn was.

I really think the MEGA BLOKS “Call of Duty” Collector Construction Sets are awesome and fun to build with.  I know that fans of “Call of Duty” are really going to enjoy playing with this set a lot.  I know I sure had a blast with it.

MEGA BLOKS “Call of Duty: Zombie Horde” is recommended for ages 10 and up. “Call of Duty: Zombies TranZit Farm” is recommended for ages 12 and up.
