For one night only this summer, bars in downtown Minneapolis might stay open until 4 a.m.

There's a bill in the Minnesota House of Representatives that would allow bars in Hennepin County to stay open that late on the night of the MLB All-Star Game at Target Field, which is July 15.

However, the bars would also have to pay a permit fee up to $2,500 to stay open until 4 a.m.
