A wintry mix, including light snow Wednesday, has forced the Minnesota Twins to postpone Wednesday evening's game against the Toronto Blue Jays.

The game was scheduled to take place at Target Field at 7:10 p.m. Instead, the Twins will take on the Blue Jays Thursday in a split day-night double header.

The first game will be played at 12:10 p.m. The second is scheduled for 6:10 p.m.

Wednesday night's cancelation is the first of the season at Target Field.

The Twins are coming off a three-game sweep of the Kansas City Royals.
