Dozens of people spent the day outside giving back to the Minneapolis community.

Volunteers from the Opus Group, a commercial real estate company, spruced up gardens and the grounds around Anderson United School.

They partnered with "Rebuilding Together Twin Cities" to get out into the community to improve the school and help out teachers in the classroom.

The volunteers also helped out at three homes to help out homeowners in need.
