The city of Roseville was recently honored for efforts to protect local water quality.
The city received the Minnesota Blue Star Award for its work to keep runoff from polluting lakes, streams and wetlands by using natural resource preservation, storm water management standards, pollution source controls, and other activities.
The Blue Star Award is part of a statewide program.
