Swedish Waffles (Crispy on the outside, crepe like on the inside)
1 cup flour

1 cup milk or dairy free milk
1/2 cup water

Start with melting the butter. Combine all the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Now add milk, water and soda water to the flour mix, use a whisk and mix until lump free. Now add the melted butter and fold gently until all the butter is incorporated. Heat the waffle iron on high. When iron is hot brush with melted butter and pour the batter up until the edge of the iron. Be careful not to over fill. Let it sit for 30 seconds before closing the top.
