Runar is definitely not a name you hear everyday. But, that is what the staff at Animal Allies decided to name the cat who stopped by Good Morning Northland.
Sarah Ojard said Runar came to the shelter as a stray, so not much is known about him. But he is about 9-years-old. But Ojard said he is very talkative and affectionate.
On Friday, Ojard said Animal Allies will be at Savers from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a few pets available for adoption.
Animal Allies will hold its Furball event at the Northland Country Club on October 27. More details on that event and information on Runar is available at www.animalallies.net or you can like them on Facebook.
