An arcade was a place where kids used to play video games, kids.
One of our most anticipated releases in November is Disney's upcoming 3-D animated Wreck-It Ralph, which celebrates and parodies video games from the 1980s to today, but in a way that doesn't require you to be a huge gamer (though it will help you to recognize the myriad of video game character cameos). The movie follows fictional video game character Wreck-It Ralph (voiced by John C. Reilly), who is questioning his place in the pixelated video game world. Past trailers have focused on Ralph's dissatisfaction with Fix-It Felix, Jr., the 80s-inspired, Rampage meets Donkey Kong video game that has been his home for the past thirty years, but a new, international trailer reveals more of his friendship with Vanellope von Schweetz (voiced by Sarah Silverman), a "glitch" from another video game, the candy-filled Sugar Rush. The result is going to make you want to grab some quarters and run to the nearest arcade (metaphorically speaking, of course). The latest in trailers
