nullA Minnesota state trooper from Two Harbors has pleaded not guilty to allegedly driving drunk to work.

Trooper Nick Morse was arrested on September 26 after a supervisor noticed the smell of alcohol when he arrived for training at the Duluth State Patrol office. A field sobriety test was conducted and his blood alcohol level was reported at .08 percent.

He was cited for 4th Degree DUI.

On Friday, his not guilty plea was entered in court. He's been on investigative leave since the incident occurred. Morse will be in court for another hearing again next month.

Morse has been a state trooper since 2009.
