Green Mill in Duluth's Canal Park stopped by Good Morning Northland Monday for this week's Taste of the Northland segment.
Russ Smith is the general manager of the Green Mill. He made a new dish on the menu, lobster macaroni and cheese.

- 7 oz. of Trottole past
- 7 oz. of cheese sauce
- 5 oz. Langostino lobster, drained
- 1 oz. Montamore cheese, shredded
- 2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1 oz. toasted bread crumbs
- Lemon wedge
Melt garlic butter in saute pan, ad lobster. Heat cheese sauce, heavy cream and 1/2 ounce of Montamore cheese in separate plan, add pasta.
Place in past bowl.
Top with lobster, Montamore and bread crumbs.
Garnish pasta parsley. Place lemon on top of pasta.
