If you've been hankering for something you ate at the Duluth Grill, but want it at home, you're in luck.
There's now a cookbook that features over 100 recipes from the restaurant in Duluth, which has made its name by using local ingredients in their made-from-scratch goodies.
The author, Robert Lillegard, said Thursday, "This is a fun place to eat. So we wanted to make this a fun book. We're hoping people dig into it, and get creative with the recipes. Try them at home, and then come here and try some things. Have fun cooking and eating good food!"
He worked closely with Tom and Jaima Hanson, the owners, along with all of the staff who've made the business successful.
