Car Versus Building: Tappa Keg Inn Closed

A car smashed into a business on Grand Avenue in Duluth early Saturday morning.

The 20-year-old driver was eastbound when police said he slammed into the Tappa Keg Inn around 1:20 a.m.

No one was injured, but the building suffered extensive damage closing down business.

Witnesses said the male driver was speeding and police ticketed him for careless driving.
