Paw de Deux in French means "a dance for two." It may feel like your are at a fancy French ball at the Lake Superior Zoo's annual Paw de Deux this Saturday.
The zoo's CEO Sam Maida and co-chair of the Paw de Deux, Jan Zigich stopped by Good Morning Northland Monday to talk about this year's event. It takes place at the Greysolon Ballroom in Duluth, Saturday at 5 p.m.
This year's event features a silent auction, which is available online, Zigich said. There is also a complimentary martini bar and a gourmet meal.
One reason this year's event if very important is the June flooding. Maida said there are still things the zoo still has things to do to recover from the flood in 2013.
There is still a limited number of tickets available for the Paw de Deux. Get them online by clicking here.
