Last August we introduced you to a six-year-old girl who really benefits from the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Now, she's representing the Northland at an MDA walk in the Twin Cities, but she needs your help first.
Little Emma Lee Rohwer, of Duluth, suffers from facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD). Her mom, Tara says MDA has really helped them out in a lot of ways. Emma's favorite part about MDA is camp, something she wants other kids with muscular dystrophy to get to experience.
So now, she's reaching out to help others. She's the northland's MDA ambassador for the Twin Cities Muscle Walk 2013 coming up on March 9. But she needs your help getting to her team's fundraising goal of $750 dollars.
