Duluth, Minn. - Duluth East is on a drive for five, making it to the Minnesota Boys State AA Tournament for the fifth straight year and the Greyhounds are looking for their first title since 1998.

East earned their spot with their win over Grand Rapids in the Section 7AA title game last Thursday at Amsoil Arena. The 'Hounds have won 16 straight games and find themselves facing Moorhead in the Quarterfinals. East defeated the Spuds in the regular season, inning 5-1 back on January 5th.

"Three games, that is it and we are half way there and I think we can do it. There are no excuses this year, we have got the goaltending, the defense and the forwards and an excellent coaching staff that has been there.(Mike) Randolph has got the wins and he knows what he is doing and we have a lot of heart to, so I think we have a very good chance," says Senior Defenseman Meirs Moore.

The puck drops on Thursday at 11:00 am at the Xcel Energy Center and you can watch that game on WDIO/WIRT-TV. The entire winner's brackets in both Class A and Class AA will be televised on WDIO/WIRT-TV.
