nullThe Duluth Emergency Management and Police Departments are requesting no travel in the city until conditions improve.

Road conditions are extremely poor and causing numerous crashes.  Blowing and drifting snow have made driving conditions deteriorate rapidly, and traffic has come to a standstill on some roads.

Police reported more than twenty weather-related crashes between 11 and 1.

The city asks residents to stay off the roads until visibility and road conditions improve.  To check road conditions, visit our Winter Travel Conditions page and click on your state.

DTA has resumed full service as of 2:15 PM. There may be delays due to the snow storm, however Eyewitness News as been told that all DTA buses on all routes are operational.
