Former WDIO-TV anchor Dennis Anderson will be co-hosting the Kiwanis Auction for his 44th year this Saturday starting at 6 p.m. He and Kiwanis Club member Jessica Stauber stopped by Good Morning Northland Wednesday to talk about this year's event.

Anderson said that the auction is just one of the ways the Kiwanis Club tries to give back to the Northland by raising funds for children.

There are many items up to bid on this year, including a signed Green Bay Packer football, a necklace from Security Jewelers, a Pandora braclet from Bagley and Co., a signed UMD Football helmet and much more, Stauber said.

To win the items, just call in and bid. Or you can get a bidder number in advance. Stauber said callers can just give the phone bank their bidder number.

To get those bidder numbers, email kiwanisduluth@gmail.com. To see a complete list of items, click here.
