Noodles and Company chef Josh Pederson stopped by GMN on Tuesday, and showed us how to make some tasty summertime treats.

Garden Pesto Saute Ingredients:

-Gluten-free fosilli noodles

-Red onions, mushroom, red bell peppers, and spinach

-Lemon genovese pesto sauce

-Garnish with feta cheese, pecans, and charred corn

Summertime Flatbread Ingredients:

-Parmesan and feta cheese


-Sliced tomatoes

-Charred corn

-Naturally raised, slow braised pork
