COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Firefighters in Colorado have been able to temporarily halt a huge wildfire near Colorado Springs that's killed two people and burned nearly 380 homes.
The blaze nearly doubled in size overnight, but is holding at 25 square miles.
The two people killed were found in a charred garage in the Black Forest area. Authorities believe they had been loading up the car to evacuate.
There are other wildfires burning in Colorado, as well as in New Mexico, Oregon and California.
