Saturday and Sunday folks in Duluth will be feeling a little Greek. That's because it's time for this year's annual Taste of Greece event at Marshal School in Duluth.
"Taste of Greece is really a great chance for the Greek community to show the foods the sounds, music and pasties of the Greek culture," event organizer Lee Regas said.
The event features all things Greek with plenty of delicious dishes to try and great entertainment. "This event has really grown over the years. This will be our 21st annual," Regas said.
It's a great event that helps out the Twelve Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church in Duluth. Regas says the event started at their church but it's gotten so big it needed to chance locations.
"We started serving a couple 100 people out of our church and now we're serving about 3,000 people over the two days of the event," Lee said.
Taste of Greece runs Saturday, July 13, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, July 14, from 11 a.m. to 5p.m. It all happens at Marshal High School and admission is free. For more information CLICK HERE.
