A Minnesota man is in the hospital after a water emergency in Britt Saturday afternoon.
Police responded to a call of a water emergency behind Britt Bypass at about 5 p.m.
Authorities said 46-year-old Vincent Dishneau was water skipping on a pond, when his snowmobile sank and pulled him under.
Bystanders immediately went to his aid, according to police. Authorities said Dishneau surfaced, and was brought to shore unconscious.
CPR was administered, and police said Dishneau's pulse and breathing were restored. He was air lifted to St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.
No information is available on his medical condition, and the incident is under investigation.
Police said Dishneau was wearing a life jacket and a helmet at the time of the incident.
