The 2014 U.S. Olympic Curling trials are a double round robin tournament. The men's competition began on Sunday afternoon.
Tyler George's rink from Duluth lost their afternoon draw 8-5 to Team McCormick in nine ends. on Sunday night they faced Pete Fenson's team from Bemidji. George won 9-4 in eight ends.
John Shuster's rink was also in action on Sunday night, taking on Team Clark from Washington. Shuster got the 10-4 victory in eight ends.
The women's competition begins on Monday night.
