Mike Feist, of Fitness by Feist, dropped by the show Monday morning to share some tips with us.
Fitness by Feist is a personal training and nutrition coaching service provider, working in Duluth and Superior. And in this segment, Mike shows us a days worth of meals and snacks that can give someone the proper nutrition they need to work through their day and workout, and keep them healthy.
The portions shown are for a female, Mike tells us, and total about 1800 calories for the day. Mike also tells us he was able to prepare all three meals and the two snacks in a half an hour.
