Duluth, Minn. - The UMD Bulldogs have the advantage of home field advantage by hosting the NCAA Division II first round playoff game against Emporia State of Kansas, both with it being played at Malosky Stadium and with the predicted cold temperatures on Saturday afternoon. Temperatures are expected to be in the teens.
The Bulldogs are 10-1, the Hornets are 9-1.
Kickoff will be just after 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Bulldog defense is looking for another solid afternoon, especially in the fourth quarter, where they have given up just 13 points all season.
