Pleasant Wednesday

A few morning showers pass across our southern viewing area today. It looks like just enough rain to wet the ground, and we expect clearing skies through the day. High pressure moves overhead with light winds and a good amount of afternoon sunshine. Expect daytime highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s, slightly cooler by the Lake.

We're watching a system set to bring showers and thunderstorms across central and southern WI Thursday. At the moment, this is still aiming south of us, but this may change. A front is scheduled to pass Friday afternoon with our next shot at a few showers.

As for the weekend, Saturday is looking like the dry day. A large low moves in from the Canadian Prairies Sunday with an increasing breeze, showers and maybe a few storms. The wet weather may stick with us through the first half of Labor Day before clearing out.

Have a great day!
