The Duluth businessman who was shot in the chest last week during an armed robbery has reopened his shop.
Colin Mackin was hospitalized after the December 23rd shooting and armed robbery, but was released Friday.
On Wednesday, we found Mackin already back at work at his London Road business.
"I can't let myself be phased too much by what happened. It was a little weird walking in here the first time after I got out of the hospital, I wasn't really sure how I was going to sit here and cope with it. If I've learned anything from this experience it's that God has my back," Mackin said.
"Biggest thing is to just keep fighting back. I mean this is our town. For the people here that are doing good: Keep on keeping on, I guess."
Mackin said that he has added some extra security and surveillance equipment after the incident.
He said if he would have had the surveillance equipment when the robbery took place, he would have locked himself in the back and called 911.
Two men have been charged for the crimes that took place inside and outside his repair shop, iPhone Liberation Front.
