A Duluth advertising company is doing away with paper resumes.
Swim Creative announced Tuesday that they're beginning their search for new interns. However, instead of accepting typical resumes, they're asking applicants to create a series of short videos with Vine.
Vine is a video-sharing app that allows users to create and share six-second videos. According to Swim Creative, since its debut early last year, the platform has acquired over 40 million followers.
Swim Creative wants applicants to create five Vine videos focusing on objectives, skills, education, experience and why they want an internship.
The company said the process will help establish which applicants have the creative mindset and drive. To submit the videos for consideration, applicants should tag their videos with @SwimCreative.
The submission deadline is Sunday, March 9.
