A fierce storm swept across the Northland early Tuesday morning causing widespread tree and building damage in Douglas County.
Lake Nebagamon was one of the hard-hit areas, with the high winds taking down large pine trees and flipping over a pontoon on the lake.
Residents of the village told Eyewitness News trees were down in nearly every yard.
One resident said trees had fallen on County Highway B blocking traffic.
A barn in Wentworth, WI also collapsed from the winds, but no animals or people were injured.
