nullDevastated, that's how the attorney for 16-year-old John Zackary says his client feels after the serious collision with a bus that injured three of his friends in Brighton earlier this month.

Monday afternoon, Zackary plead not guilty to a handful of charges including reckless driving, speeding and violation of a junior drivers license. Zackary was driving when his car slammed into the back of a bus on warren avenue.

Scott Collins suffered severe injuries in the crash. And while he is now breathing on his own, his parents say he is in need intensive therapy.

In court, the district attorney's office said it plans to present the case to a grand jury signaling that prosecutors could be considering more serious felony charges.
