A Rochester man has been found not guilty in a homicide from January of 2011.
19-year-old Jyquale Thomas was found not guilty on charges of second-degree murder. A jury did find him guilty of first-degree robbery.
Thomas had been charged in a robbery attempt that left a man dead. He was accused of a robbing 32-year-old Broderick Howard on Hayward Avenue and then leaving Howard to die.
When sentenced, Thomas faces up to 25 years in state prison on the robbery conviction.
