Carmen Basilio laid to rest Monday

Rochester boxing legend Carmen Basilio will be laid to rest Monday morning.

The private funeral mass for Basilio is being held at Church the King Church in Irondequoit.

Basilio, a world champion, had many fans in the Rochester area.

He died last week at 85 years old from complications caused by pneumonia.
