The man who served time for throwing a sucker punch that killed an opposing player after a softball game in Parma in 2008 is back in jail.
Sean Sanders was arrested Nov. 8th near his home in Gates for possession of a small amount of cocaine. He was caught by a state parole investigator making a routine home visit.
Sanders was sentenced to two to four years in prison for criminally negligent homicide in the death of Dan Andrews of Hilton. Andrews -- a father of three -- died one day after being punched in the back of the head.
