Judge approves Kodak's extension for reorganization plan

A U.S. bankruptcy court judge has approved an extension for Kodak to develop a reorganization plan.

The company previously had until January 15 to propose a reorganization plan that would help them emerge from bankruptcy protection. Now the judge has given Kodak until February 28.

The company says it looks forward to emerging as a stronger and sustainable Kodak.
