The father of the Palmyra man who died after Thursday night's Bills game says he has questions about his son's death. David Gerken Senior told WGRZ in Buffalo that he is still having problems understanding what happened to his son the night he died. He says he hopes police and the Bills will have more information concerning what happened.

"There's just some things that I need to understand. Like maybe why he was ejected from the game? Nobody seems to know, he didn't even seem to know." says Gerken Sr. "Why he ended up where he did. I don't understand that. It's the opposite direction from where he was heading. I'm hoping maybe some videos can maybe put some kind of a timeline together and maybe help us out."

Orchard Park Police Chief Andrew Benz said on Friday that David Gerken Jr.'s death was an accidental drowning. Investigators also said they don't believe foul play was involved in the death and there was no evidence alcohol was involved.

Gerker was at the Buffalo Bills game Thursday night with his brother and a friend. Around halftime, he was thrown out of the stadium. Chief Benz said he doesn't know why. Gerken was suppose to meet his friends at a nearby bar but never showed up. He was found dead face down in a creek near the stadium the next morning.
