Police: Drunk woman with billy club demands muffin from McDonald's

A Livingston County woman is under arrest after a disturbance at the McDonald’s in Lakeville.

Police say 54-year-old Michele Green of Hemlock pulled up to the drive-thru window Friday morning and demanded a muffin even though she did not have the money to pay for it. When police arrived, they say Green’s vehicle was still parked in the drive-thru lane.

While interviewing Green, police say they could smell alcohol. Troopers also say they found a 19” billy club and an opened bottle of Mr. Boston vodka in the car.

She was subsequently charged with DWI and criminal possession of a weapon. Police say she had a BAC of .16-percent.

Green was arraigned and remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $5,-000 cash bail.
