A Rochester man is facing multiple charges, after State Police say he punched a woman, kicked in her windshield and then stole her car.
21-year-old Michael Connor is charged with 2 counts of robbery, grand larceny, false personation, driving while intoxicated and other charges.
Police were called to the Scio Street exit ramp on the Inner Loop for the report of a fight between a woman and a man. When they got there, police say they found the woman walking up the exit ramp, bleeding.
Troopers found the car a short time later, and say when they tried to question Connor he gave a fake name and date of birth. When they searched him, police say they found 3 bags of crack cocaine and heroin. Connor was also given a breath test and found to have a .15% BAC.
Connor was taken to the Monroe County Jail to await arraignment.
